If you could write and publish a book, what type of book would you write and why? :D

Political. Probably just a rambling of my own political views as they pertain to society in general. Maybe I would write a book about my own religious journey. Or all of it wrapped up into one.

Or I would write a book about me and my sister. I think we have an extraordinary relationship.

My husband is actually writing a book right now. It's a funny sci-fi. LOL.

I have a few topics I'd love to cover:
1. Growing up and living as a Latina in the US
2. Dealing with life changes and learning to accept them, good or bad
3. The life of a living being. How all animals, from chickens to goats, to rabbits, all have feelings, personalities, talents, intellegence and lives worth living

I'd do a memoir of my life so far.

I'd probably write a children's book...I dunno about what though...something funny and magical...cause I like to read books like that myself...even nowadays...

probably a fictional love story (if i was good at writing). Not the trashy romance kind, but a melt your heart kind.

I would write a humorous compilation of essays on random life situations.

Or a humorous book about online dating!

A friend and I already started writing a book.

It's about a group of people who can do special things (telekinesis, extra-strength, etc.) Yes, I know it sounds like X-Men, but quite different in fact. They don't go around saving the world, but trying to keep the balance of good and evil. I'm not good at explaing books, my friend is great at it.

We started it by RPGing with characters we made up and then decided that we should turn it into a story and book. We get the ideas together and RP it then she writes it into actual story format and I edit it and do spelling and grammer stuff. I really am not that good at writing stories.

Kind of creepy though... Our characters are based off some part of ourselves... Like I have this girl, Syerra, who is shy, yet out there, subdue yet wild. Then there is Jason, her foster brother. He is both a loving, caring person, but also a person that could be a cold hearted person at the drop of a pin... A part in the story that we wrote scared me, I was heartless through it playing him, but caring and all that playing her.

Same here! Only I'd also write about how I over came my rape and how my dh pulled me from an extremely dark hole. I'd add about my drug use and addiction and overcoming that. And a lot more stuff. I've had a long 23 yrs. :sigh

I'd write about my mom and what she went through growing up and then living/divorcing my dad.

I think the 1st thing I'd write about would be living w/ an alcoholic and being a victim of mental, emotionally and a little physical abuse because of it.

And then after that, I think I'd just write a story reflecting back on my life from as far as I can remember until present.

I've always wanted to write a story. But I never have a clue where to start. Or anything of that.
