Example:
I have a professor now in a course that doesn't REALLY apply to my major, but it's a good class anyway. (Earth Science) He told us we wouldn't be using the text book, just the study guide. We'd be reading the 2 page summary and doing the practice quizzes 2 chapters at a time. Then he'd test us on the chapters using the EXACT same practice test (possibly rearranged). Basically he's saying "memorize your chapter tests". I have an excellent memory. This class is what I'd consider an "Easy A". Your idea of easy doesn't have to be the same or anything.

I wouldn't say all the time, but an easy A once in a while, especially in a class that I might not like I don't mind. I mean for the most part I want to learn something, but here and there it might be cool

you can learn as much from an easy A class as a hard class.

Simply because the course does not require much to get grades does not mean the teacher is not giving interesting lectures and assigning good readings.

I personally, love an easy A, but I still like to learn a lot. I think a good balance of both makes for the perfect class.

I think it's nice to have a class where I can get an easy A in sometimes, especially when I'm taking other courses that are harder and actually have something to do with my major. Maybe he'll surprise you with extra credit that comes from somewhere else other than the practice tests!

I live in fantasy world so I said easy A all the time. This is because I haven't had one of those in 3 years. [sigh]

Oh, well my first responder final exam was straight from the book. He didn't say to look at it but luckily I did. That doesn't count though. That class wasn't easy.

i don't mind an easy A in a course that isn't part of my major, but i want to work hard for the A when it's something like Bio or Chem. i need to know that material, and an easy A won't cut it. even when i have an easy A class, i still work at it

I would take an easy A wherever I can...cause 99% of the time its NOT an easy A. So I would gladly welcome an easy A class. :) It would balance things out.
