How is it going with the Legal paperwork? Have they moved forward at all for your husband's visitation?

Well we filled out the paper work and now we have to wait on the judge to approve it and then they send out the papers and try to serve her if the address is wrong and she moved we are introuble because nothing will be taken care of. BUt when he went to the court house to file papers he found out she has been arrested for having stolen property and then she got her license suspended and then was driving while having suspended license.
