I got one, but it got lost...I am HORRIBLE with keeping jewlery - so I've asked dh never to buy me anymore (well maybe another wedding ring as I took it off and dd picked it up and lost it out at the park!) :(

I have a ring Nick gave me but I don't consider it a 'promise ring' just because that was the thing to do at our high school and since then everyone has broken up so obviously it's not that great of luck around here :giggle I got it for my 20th birthday and it is white gold with a pearl and three little diamonds. I LOVE pearls!

I think promise rings usually aren't diamonds (may have diamonds in it though) that and also it's a big thing in high school...or at least my high school it was.

they weren't big in my hs...he just gave it to me as a commitment type of ring to let me know that what we have is special and one day he will be marrying me :)

This was the one my DH got me in highschool... I picked it out though. :giggle I dont wear it anymore even though I really like it because now I have my wedding ring instead. :wub

I have one...kind of pointless now. Its in a box somewhere under my bed. Its really pretty though, and unique. I wish i could wear it cause its really pretty, and I like the ring itself..but it just has to much meaning behind it.
