Db and his ex got the stipulation papers how long after they agree and it goes before a judge can it be approved and the court to order the final decree and the divorce to be over with? Just curious I want this done :yahoo

well, we just wait for her to sign papers, get the insurance papers to his boss to take the girls off his cuz they are on hers and we are done :yahoo this was a long time coming

I hope it goes fast for y'all. My DH's took 2 entire years to go through

well in texas, the ex filed last feb and there is a 30 or 60 day waiting period. we had major disagreements. but finally went to court to go before the judge in Oct, and it was finalized as soon as the judge signed the decree. so from what i understand as soon as the waiting period is over and you can get to the judge its final.

It took me less than 3 weeks to be divorced after he filed the papers. As the paralegal that filed them told him... Welcome to Nevada... the quick and easy marriage and divorce. She said it has never taken more than 2 weeks to get it back signed and filed from the judge and she was right. It was about 2 weeks and then included a holiday in it.
Too bad he drug the whole damn seperation/divorce paperwork out from Sept 2004-June 2006 :mumble
