Do any of you get it?

The change of climate, going from FL to IL, was a HUGE adjustment the first two years we were here so I suffered from pretty severe seasonal depression. This year, I think I'm doing a tad better which is actually VERY surprising since I just had a baby at the end of October. I was prepared for it to be even worse. I think I do have a smidge of it when we have a long REALLY cold streak with no sunny days, but the weather has actually been pretty decent so far this winter.

Anyhow, do you suffer from it? Do you take medication to help?

I think I do suffer from it. We have been in San Diego and FL for so long and then we moved here to VA. I didnt notice it as much last year because we moved here in late nov.. and everything was excited and new with the move. and dh was here all the time. but this year I really feel like I may have seasonal depression. I have a drs appt to see if medication might help. ???

Well, I suffer from anxiety and depression regardless but I think being stuck in FL all my life is taken its toll. I want seasons... Im tired of ups and down winters and no fall and killer humidity... Being here actually depresses me more so than it raining alot. I like the rain though I would fit in great in WA lol
