Do you prefer the benefits of being salaried or the benefits of being paid hourly?

I really liked being salaried. I had a lot more flexibility!

ive only ever had hourly so im not sure what being paid salary is like

I've been both, and I much prefer salary. I have so much more flexibility with my job and my hours, and I don't have to worry about time sheets and keeping track of hours.

hourly because then I get paid for overtime

After witnessing what Paul went through when he was salary three years ago and how taken advantage he was with working insane hours and not getting compensated, I'd have to say hourly. I really dislike working overtime when the need arises, but not to get paid for it would make it even more unbearable.

I LOVE salaried!! Then you have consistency! Since i've been on hours it sucks because sometimes I don't get scheduled enough and then my paycheck is low....:mumble

I've never been salary, but Tony's just been promoted and is now salaried and I think he likes it better. We'll see as time goes on. Of course in addition to the salary it's vacation time and all of that too...
