I go the day before payday, so twice a month. But like this week I ended up going three times. Tuesday I ran over to the Wal-Mart supercenter to get Weight Watcher products that are cheap there, last night I went to Costco to get certain items and then tonight its off to Safeway (grocery store).

Twice a month

Extensive I would say twice a month...but there are always mini trips between for something we run out of or something we forget.

We don't. We only really grocery shop when we need something. So we go to the store at least a couple times a week.

We do a big trip (like $400) once every two months I would say.
