how do you become a sucessful writer?
should you just go back to school and get a masters in english or what?
I knew writing was my one and best talent, but how do you go about getting accomplished?

Well... I think the first thing to do is write something. Then edit the crap out of it.

Once you think it is awesome enough, start to shop it around to agents (I don't know of any yet, I'm still on the writing something part), following their directions to a T. You're not going to be successful right away, whether your stuff is good or not. Getting published is hard.

You could go back to school, but I don't think that is absolutely necessary. There is no doubt that it would improve your writing, but it would be totally up to you whether you need improvement or not.

I'm a pretty good writer, and I have had no classes for it. The best way to be come a accomplished writer is to get published. Right now I am working on a graphic novel idea that I have had for awhile..
