I am starting Clomid 50mg x2 per day which adds up to 100mg a day for 5 days! I am so nervous but so excited! I can not wait for everything to come together!

Good luck! Here are some tips that I was given:

1. Take Robitussin with GUAIFENSEIN (only this, not one of the ones with a letter by it). Start taking it a day or two after you end the clomid pills and take it for at most 7 days 3 times a day, stop taking it when you get a positive LH surge on an at home ovulation test.
2. Drink a FULL glass of water with your clomid and with every dose of Robitussin.
3. Take BABY Asprin twice a day all month until projected ovulation, then stop until you know if you are preggo for sure.
4. Have DH take the Robitussin with you.

Robitussin is a decongestant, it thins out the mucus in your chest. Well, it also does the same thing to your CM!!!! And, it does it for DH's Semen! Clomid is known to make your CM thick and unfriendly for sperm, the more thin your CM is the better for DH's little soldiers, same goes for DH semen, the thinner the better!

Google "Robitussin and Clomid", you'll find all kinds of info.

Clomid was not the cure for me but that's because DH's little soldiers had some problems and Clomid wasn't going to help that. I hope this isn't the case for you!

100mgs of Clomid is what did it for us!!! :D
It took 4 mths but it worked.
I also used the Robutussin and it helped with my CM! :yes

From what we gather, DH has a lot of sperm. We are just going to do the IUI w/Clmomid and if that doesn't work. Then I will ask about using meds with Clomid. Thanks for the info though! I wish you tons of luck and I hope this cycle is your month!
