How long did it take you to get over an exboyfriend? Like fully, completely okay with things? I'm asking for the longest period of time in your relationships. And/or if there are some you've never actually gotten over?

Im still not over my last bf, Ray. But Im completely over Wood. It took me like 8 or 9 months to get over him.

I heal really quickly. When I was crazy in love with Richy, he broke up with me and I was over him in a couple of months. I think it's because I moved around so much as a kid. I had to get over people I loved being with all the time.

Hmmm.....my last relationship before Paul was with a military dude when I was stationed over in Germany and we were together for five months. It took awhile, but I think it was more due to the fact that I really missed that I wouldn't be living over there anymore, and thinking of him reminded me of the country. So that's not really a good example. But hell, if something were to happen to Paul and I, damn....I think it would take a long time to get over that.

I was over my ex before we even broke up. I did miss just having someone to call my boyfriend though.

um...i was stuck on my x-fiance but when he came home last summer and i just ran back to him when he called and he said some things happened between us about my daughter i just flipped. It was like i woke up and realized how much of a selfish butt he was and i didn't want to be with him anymore. i still care for him but i would never go back again.

My ex that strung me along for... oh, over 6+ years... I finally (last year) told him that I didnt ever want to talk to him again because he wouldnt make the effort. I realised that I had been living without him for so long, it never would have worked between us because we had too high of expectations/views of eachother. So, it took me about 6 years to get over him. Sad. :(

I was over my last one before we broke up..... I ended it because I found a better man at the time lol
