When we decided to stop actively trying and just let it happen when it happend, it was no big deal. But now that we have decided to start preventing until after our vacation in September... it is hard work!! :lol

I had gotten so used to trying that I cant help but still be in trying mode. I also dont want to go back on the pill since we will be "not preventing" again in about 6 months. I havent had to prevent with any other method than the pill in 9 years! This is going to take some getting used to.

We probably will be, or if we cant handle NOT doing it, we will use condoms :lol

I still dont know exactly when I am ovulating, so we are trying to just be extra careful around any time that would be close to ovulation time.

If it still happens, I know it will have been meant to be, and worst thing that could happen is we have to cancel our vacation.

Couldn't you just not try, but not prevent either? Since you do wants kids... And you've been trying unsuccessfully for a bit. I mean, maybe your nonluck will hold through Sept. And if not, is it all that bad to be a couple of months pregnant on vacation?

we have been trying but not preventing for a few months now actually. Now, we would rather just prevent. I dont want to be on vacation with morning sickness, etc. and not be able to enjoy myself.

If it still happens, that would still be great, but we would rather wait.
