I'm really excited! Wednesday night I'm taking a Pasta Making class at this local fresh pasta shop! Their food is soooooo good. I'm really excited.

Nope never taken any classes before but it does sound like fun. I dont make my own pasta either.

How exciting! I wish I had the time, because I would love to take a class that taught me how to make my own pasta. My friend once gave me this really expensive pasta kit that you could make your own pasta with, but it sat in my kitchen for over three years and I never used it so I sold it on eBay later on and got a nice amount for it. I even checked with me friend that it was okay to sell it and she had no issues since she got it for free from somone else:) Let me know how it goes!

The closest thing I've gotten to cooking class is Home Ec. and Sam The Cooking Guy.

Oooh! That sounds like so much fun! I absolutely love cooking, and sometimes wonder whether I should have majored in culinary arts lol.
