I have a bunch of sirloin that I want to either throw in the crockpot or do something with for dinner tonight. Can you suggest any really yummy dishes for me to make with it? We just had tacos so I know I don't want fajitas and we also just had stroganoff so I don't think I want that either.

Any other ideas?
