How do you usually marinate or season your steaks (or other meat that you like to grill)?

We're always trying something different, it seems. We've tried several of the bottled marinades like the A1, we really like the New York Steakhouse kind and I also like the "Original" one.

We sometimes do just worsch sauce with some montreal seasoning.

I also made a homemade marinate (its in the recipes section under condiments) that's made with italian dressing, a1 marinade, soy sauce, honey, garlic, pepper and a few other things. It's REALLY good.

I just sprinkle them with a thick layer of Montreal Steak seasoning! Delicious!

We haven't tried that one yet, we might have to put it on the list to try. I love trying new seasonings and I bet hubby would be up for it too. :hungry

My hubby really has a good one that he makes too.

1/8 cup soy sauce (Kikkoman brand)
1/2 cup rice wine (you can also substitute the rice wine for cooking sherry)
1/8 cup chopped onions
1 1/2 tsps crushed garlic (2 cloves)
1/2 tsp of ginger
1 Tbsp vinegar

Mix it all up really good and pour it over the steak. You can either put the steaks in a ziplock bag or a container and then cover tighly and marinate it for like 30 mins in fridge.

DH loves to use just A1 but we've been using Lawry's Steak&Chop most recently
