I know I know so bad but YUM!!! The recipie I'm giving you is for mozzerella sticks with mods underneath it :)
2 eggs beaten
1/4 c water
1 1/2 c Italian Bread Crumbs
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2/3 c flour
1/3 c. cornstarch
1 quart oil
16 oz mozz sliced into sticks
mix 2 eggs and 1/4 c water
mix bread crumbs, garlic salt, flour and cornstarch
Heat oil to 365
Put cheese into the eggs then into the bread crumbs Be sure to THROUGHALLY coat the cheese if you don't the cheese will leak out during cooking.
Put cheese into oil and cook around 30 secs until golden brown. remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
** my mod. I personally love pepper jack cheese wedges. So I cut one bar of 8 oz pepper jack in half lengthwise then cut that into triangles Repeat to get 16 oz. I also added 1 tsp garlic salt to the mix. Cook the same :)
