Which types of fish do you like to prepare at home? How do you like to prepare and cook them?

I like to buy the catfish or talapia fillets, then blacken them with some blackening and cajun seasoning, then broil for a few minutes under the broiler. It's delicious (L) I like just about any kind of mild fish (I don't do salmon or anything too "fishy") but I only buy the cheaper kinds like catfish b/c the other stuff is ridiculously expensive.

Salmon with steak seasoning (yea I know..lol)
Tilapia with cajun seasoning
shrimp with cajun seasoning
and white fish breaded.
All but the latter HAS to be grilled cooked

Hmm... I hadn't thought to grill fish. Does it not stick or fall apart? It's so flakey and hard to handle sometimes, I'm scared it would break apart and stick all over the grill. How do you do that?

I'm a weirdo, but I do not like seafood or fish of any kind. My husband is a huge fan of it, so I'll be nice and make him shrimp scampi every now and then. But nothing other then shrimp.
