So, after 4 days with no hot water, the guy came this morning and fixed the water heater!!
Apparently what happened was the AC was dripping hardcore on top of the water heater.... the water puddled, seeped into the part where the electrical wires are, and short circuited the whole deal.
Soooo, they turned off the AC, replaced the short circuited wires and said we should be able to shower in about 30 minutes!
WOOOOOOOT!

That's great! At least its the middle of summer there so you could have gotten hot outside, then been refreshed by the lack of hot water.. maybe?

Funny thing actually, we tried that.... we went on a long walk while it was still sunny but because the baby needed a bath, by the time we got in our cold shower, we were used to the AC again and it was like an artic shower. It probably would work if we had been able to get in first, but someones gotta watch the big guy so either way someone was going to be left out! Haha.
I got my hot shower about an hour ago, so I'm feeling pretty happy at this point!
