I'm so excited everytime I have to pee though because it means I'm drinking lots of water!!! :cp :yeehaw It really motivates me to keep going because I know I've finished off another bottle. This drinking water thing is so hard for me for some reason. I'm going to make check boxes on the white board at my desk, so I can make a check every time I finish a bottle.

I had a "water schedule" when I was trying to drink more water- I had marks on my bottle, and was like "Ok, you have to have that much done by X and that much more done by Y" and it really seemed to help a lot! I also added lemon to my water to make it tastier.
