I was at EMS checking out shoes and sandals yesterday ran across these totally funky sandals. Its the same material as Crocs, but in a funky fashion.
When I tried them out, I enjoyed how most of your foot is left exposed so you avoid most of the sweaty-feet-in-rubber issues that you get with Crocs. They also looked damned cool too, especially the little part over the toes.
But once I started walking 20 feet in them, my feet got sweaty and the upper strap that holds it on started to slip and my foot slipped backwards in the shoe. I could see a lot blisters and shoe trouble coming from this as a result. So I put them back.

I do feel that the Mion brand is super cool, however. Check out all of their other amphibious footwear here: http://www.mionfootwear.com/products/index.jsp
