I am utterly thrilled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I start June 16th from 9-2 for training. For the first week he will pay 10 and hour( thats only during training). Then after that it goes up to 12 an hour!


I called several daycare places thru the CDC in home. No one is open.

I found an ad on Craigslist and im going to meet her on Thursday and see if Im comfortable with her.

If so the kids will start on the 16th. 180 a week for both kids not each( comes to 720 a month). Which is cheap!!!

Anyways.... I am super uber happy!!!!!!!

Oh right, congratulations!! I was just so stunned by childcare costs that I forgot to say that.

hey Shannon its ok I am stunned at the prices too. She is the only daycare that is the cheapest price that has openings at that time. Its hard to find daycare because of Brenna. They consider her an infant until shes 18 months.

I met with a different daycare this morning and they wanted 260 a week for my kids. Now that is like ALL of my paycheck.

At least at 720 id still have at least 500 leftover for bills and what not.

That really is a good deal for 2 kiddos on childcare! I paid $120 a week for Jerron to go to his 1st daycare(church one) and that was just for 1 kiddo :wow

yeah daycare is so darn pricey but 720 is alot better than over 1k the other daycare was telling me. :wow

oh my gosh Dustie. I am sooooooooooooooo happy for you and that is an awesome pay an hour too.

oh and 180 a week for daycare is cheap for sure. thats like 90 a kid a week and you cannot find to many places that charge that. Most places charge way over that. I know down here in TX at the 2 places we had Robbie in it was about 90 a week and that was less than what we were paying in VA before we left.

At least this time he will be in kindergarten and we wont have to worry about daycare unless I get a job just while he is in school and be off when he is off and then just quit for the summer. LOL
