Daydreamer 06-02-2008, 11:25 PM Now we just have to see how the inspection goes and how much it will cost to fix the pool.
If you can spare any good vibes, we could certainly use them! We are really hoping the pool doesnt cost more than 5K total to fix.
So far, we were quoted atleast $9500 :sadeyes but that was only for fiberglas so there are other options, hopefully cheaper options lol

Now as long as the home inspection goes good then the house is pretty much yours( still think the title company will have to do a termite inspection :dunno not sure how yours works)
Hope you can get a cheaper quote on the pool!!!

It's in Oceanside.
Sorry ladies, I dont have any pics lol. I will take my camera with me on Monday when we do our inspection. I've only been there a couple times so far and I had my camera with me lol I just never took any pics. I guess because it looks like hell right now....but it will look great after we get in and do the cosmetic work.
I just hope everything goes well! We've got a few quotes on the pool (to get it repaired) and it looks like it will be about $10,000 to fix it up, which is ok....but it doesnt leave us much left to work with as far as taking care of painting, windows and new flooring, so it looks like we will be doing it all ourselves. We have a lot of work ahead of us. :insomnia
I just hope everything goes well with the inspection and we can move ahead. I will be really crushed if the inspection comes back bad and we cant get the house.
