So I was watching Inside Edition tonight and they were saying how brides all over the country are trying to get married on July 7th, 2007.

Since apparently, all three sevens is good luck! And they're weaving it into the themes of their weddings: seven roses on the cake, seven bridesmaids, etc.

Isn't that funny? What do you think? Why is 777 so lucky?

i think it is cute, a guy my dad works with is getting married that day!

Well, in my religion, 777 celebrates the supreme power and celestial glory...or something like that, I'm too lazy to go look :giggle

I wanted a unique wedding day.......I didn't want anything that was common!

Don't plan any weddings for that day ladies! LOL Flower prices will be ridiculous! But good luck! I'm with Jennifer, I want to be original forget following the crowd!

WOW!! Wedding locations are going to be making BIG BUCKS!!!! I'd hate to know what cake prices, flower prices, and caterers are going to be! :(

I got married on Veterans Day... DH is a Marine Vet and so he can't forget :teehee
Actually we never thought aboiut it till it was already set in motion.
Our original date was Feb 17th 2007... we would just be getting married in 2 weeks. :giggle

Yeah some people are just really into being unique. One of my girlfriends always wanted to get married on Feb. 29th, which only happens every 4 years for Leap Year. I thought that was pretty unique.

I didn't want to get married in the summer....so we got married in the winter. If my DH ever forgets our anniversary he is in big trouble because it is 2 days before Christmas.
